Did I get a OK price on my new motorcycle? And what should I expect to pay at the DMV?

You probably got an ok deal. Not incredible, but a good price that is under blue book value.
I can't see why you would have to pay upwards of $500 in any state for registration, plates and tabs (if needed). Figure worst comes to worst maybe
