Soccer: GOLD Coast United etched its name into the record books last night - unfortunately it was the Brisbane Roar's 31st consecutive victim in an undefeated streak that doesn't look like ending.
Besart Berisha scored his second goal in two matches for the Roar, who survived a fierce early challenge from their home state rivals to emerge 3-0 winners .
United coach Miron Bleiberg's post-game rant about the refereeing had all the hallmarks of a mouthful of sour grapes as he complained about the fouls awarded to the league leaders.
"In the first 20 minutes the ratio of (the referee's) decisions was about 10 to one against us. In the end they committed more fouls than we did and we got the soft fouls," Bleiberg said.
