Motorcycle Helmet Matte Black

what paint is best for fiberglass?

i want to paint my motorcycle helmet matte black but it has a graphic on it, can i sand that off and paint over it? also what type of paint primer and sealer should i use ?

I'd say get a couple of spray cans of Auto paint.
A gray body paint and a top coat.
Sand it with fine wet and dry paper first.

Get tricky and try a couple of effects.
