Helmet choice question?
Ok, so I'm under 21 so I am required to wear a helmet at all times. I already have a helmet, but I don't quite like the style of it. (Scorpion EXO-700) I really like the MX style of helmets, with the flat guard thing at the top and the pointy chin, but
Legally, it's fine--the DOT sticker is the requirement. However, the pointy chin may be bothersome when doing shoulder checks at highway speeds. Also, a street-oriented full-face helmet allows the use of a visor, which really helps reduce wind noise
