What is the difference between "flip-up", "full-face", and "half-face" motorcycle helmets?
I'm in the market for a new skid lid, and I'm not sure what the difference (pros and cons) are between the different kinds. Thanks!
I wear a full-face, which is a helmet with part of it covering your mouth and nose - with a shield in front. The shield flips up.
A Flip up, on the other hand, is one that is a full face, like mine, only the entire front half of the helmet
