Is this helmet okay for drag/autocross?
I have a HJC CL-X5 helmet that is Snell M2005 approved and DOT-218 approved. It is an open face helmet. Will this be allowed for track events? Looking to do drag and autocross.
Ultimately, this will depend on the rules for the track and/or organizers... but as a generalization, you are probably fine. Due to delays in the 2010 spec, 2005 is still current, and I am not aware of any Autocross organizers that require motorsports
