Frequently asked questions Modular Motorcyle Helmet hard to work?

The shield works fine but the chin bar is extemely tough to operate. How do you take it apart to work on it? Any pointers?

It is a Nolan N100 from April 2000.

Answer I had this happen and was very suprised when I contacted Nolan and they requested that I exchange the helmet for a brand new one. NO cost to me; go figure that one
